Church Planting

The work of missions is the work of planting churches. The New Testament supports this assertion. When the churches of the New Testament commissioned and sent out a member, it was invariably either to plant churches or to assist someone who was planting churches.

Our vision is to be instrumental in planting churches locally, nationally and internationally that are biblically sound and culturally appropriate. A small percentage of our annual church budget is put into escrow each year specifically for future church planting endeavors.

The expectation for churches we plant is for them to maintain a church planting mindset. With God’s help, Liberty Hills has become self-governing and self-supporting, and with His continued blessing hopes to also become self-propagating.
