Worship
Worship is to be a way of life for the Christian. The word worship means simply to, “give” and Paul gives the clearest description of this truth is in Romans 12:1 when he says, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God which is your reasonable service.” Whether it is in a song service, Bible Study Class, the work place, or home life, we are to be giving back to God with our whole heart.
In many churches, worship has been relegated to activity inside the walls of the church itself rather than a lifestyle, like it should be. We desire to worship our Savior through a song-service that is passionate, praising and God-centered. However, our greater desire is to see those same characteristics coming out in each believer throughout the week.
